Yoga Schedule Change Saturdays @11am (EST)

Yoga together is Amazing! I want to thank you all for attending the live classes everyday that you can make it, or for those of you supporting through the Patreon Yoga Videos!

We experienced a large wind storm here in the mountains this weekend and had our internet go out from Friday night until Saturday late afternoon. Therefore I was unable to attend our weekly Saturday class, much to my disappointment.

Also, Elliot and I are beginning to participate in our Church's Friendship House Saturday morning's feeding the homeless ministry from 6am until 10:15am. I am needing to bring our Saturday Yoga Classes to 11am until further notice.

Things to Consider for Yoga, whether you are a beginner or experienced. *Yoga is not a competition sport, but rather a personal healing practice. *We practice everyday in a fellowship in Christ for our wellness, peace and healing. *The postures are suggested for physical strengthening and stretching, and we recommend that you move at your own pace with the freedom to move more quickly or more slowly. *These yoga classes should bring you to your personal physical threshold, but not beyond. *Measure your speed accordingly and pace yourself depending on how you feel that day. *The breathing exercises are designed to increase overall wellness, support natural detoxification, and are used as stress reducer. *The breathing exercises are in honor of God's breath in us. *Each class is a different sequence of physical exercises day-to-day. *The daily meditation is focused on bringing harmony, radiance and God's message to us for our day. *The day's astrology is shared as we read the language of the stars left for us in the firmament above.
